Terms Of Letting
We are able to accept guests after 4pm and before 7pm unless a late or early arrival needs to be arranged please call to discuss in advance to avoid disappointment.
- All rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
- All bookings are for guests of 14 years of age and over.
We aim to service rooms between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm. If this is inconvenient please advise us so that you are not disturbed.
Breakfast
A full English breakfast will be served in the dining room between the hours of 8.00am and 9.00am.
After these times a continental breakfast will be served until 9.15am.
The dining room will close at 9.30am
Smoking
We are a totally non-smoking establishment in line with UK law. Unfortunately there are no smoking bedrooms at The Pebbles.
Smoke detectors are extremely sensitive and will detect cigarette smoke. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund on the first occasion. Smoking is permitted only on the garden patio where ashtrays are provided. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
Pets - No pets please.
Booking and Payment Terms
A non refundable deposit should be made within 7 days of the booking or for single night bookings prior to arrival in full. (Please see Tariff for payment details).
In the event of you choosing to cancel the booking for whatever reason the following cancellation tariff will apply: 75% of the total cost .

Should the room be rebooked for the full period originally cancelled then a full refund will be given minus a 15% admin fee.
